The CareCollege Affiliate Programme allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to promote CareCollege courses and services. Affiliates may earn a commission for qualifying purchases made through their referral.

CareCollege reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Approved affiliates will receive access to an Affiliate Dashboard within the CareChamp College platform.

Through the dashboard, affiliates can:

• Monitor referral activity

• Track commissions earned

• View clicks and conversions

• Access promotional resources

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details.

Affiliates earn a commission for successful course purchases made through their referrals.

• Commission is only earned on successful completed payments

• Refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled purchases will result in the associated commission being removed.

CareCollege reserves the right to modify commission structures at any time with reasonable notice.

Commission payments are processed according to the following guidelines:

• Payments are made after the refund period has passed.

• Payments may be processed monthly or as determined by CareCollege.

• Affiliates must provide accurate payment information.

• CareCollege may set a minimum payout threshold before commissions are released.

CareCollege is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.

Affiliates may promote CareCollege through ethical and lawful marketing practices including:

• Social media promotion

• Email marketing to their own audience

• Personal referrals

• Website or blog content

• Educational communities

Affiliates must ensure all promotional content accurately represents CareCollege and its courses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Misrepresenting CareCollege or its courses

• Making false income or certification guarantees

• Using spam or unsolicited messaging

• Running paid advertisements using the CareChamp brand name without permission

• Creating fake accounts or fraudulent referrals

• Using misleading or deceptive marketing practices

Any violation may result in immediate termination from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Affiliates may use CareCollege branding, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting approved courses.

Affiliates may not modify official branding or represent themselves as employees or official representatives of CareCollege.
