Breaking Barriers Through Ethical Funding

At CareChamp, we believe that quality early learning begins with quality practitioners. That’s why we built CareCollege— a nurturing space that offers an NQF Level 4 ECD course combining theory, practical experience, and professional mentorship. Our programme is designed for those who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children — whether they're exploring how to become an ECD practitioner or seeking a part-time ECD course near them. These graduates completed a well-rounded curriculum, equipping them to support young minds through critical stages of development.
Practical Experience That Builds Confidence:
What sets CareCollege apart is the real-world exposure our students gain. This cohort completed their practical placements at some of Cape Town’s most inspiring early learning centres, including: Fifth Avenue Day Care Centre, Rainbow Kids Crèche, Asheeqah’s Educare, The Potter’s Kids Academy, Peak Child, Kleine Einstein Crèche, Philani Educare, AppleBee Kids Preschool, Educare & Aftercare. These partners played a crucial role in shaping our learners’ confidence, professionalism, and care approach. We’re grateful to each of these centres for opening their doors and mentoring the next generation of ECD practitioners.
A Pathway to Purpose
This isn’t just an ECD certificate — it's a pathway to dignified work. With a focus on early learning practitioner training, our graduates are now ready to bring their passion and skills into the childcare industry — where one can trust that their children are in caring, capable hands. This has been made possible for a lot of our students by our valued funding partner, Chancen International. Their ongoing belief in our mission ensures our students don’t just learn — they thrive.
