This April, we celebrate Busi — one of our graduating students from Care College — who’s completing her qualification as an Early Childhood Development Practitioner (ECDP).
She joined Care College with experience, instinct, and a big heart. What she lacked was recognition and the formal training to turn her gift into a career. Today, she walks out with both — and a clear sense of purpose.

Through our blended learning model, ongoing mentorship, and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) support, she found her footing — and her voice. Busi wasn’t just participating in class… she was leading group discussions, mentoring others, and proudly preparing for work in the ECD sector.
